signed an agreement with VGM Golf to provide printing and print related
services to VGM's members. VGM Golf is a national buying alliance for
over 2700 golf facilities nationwide. Under this agreement, ALATEX will
provide print products along with services to manage and reduce cost
of member's printing. ALATEX provides a wide range of print products
including business forms, stationery,envelopes,labels and commercial
printing.In addition, ALATEX provides a variety of print management
services including warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, mailing services,
product analysis and graphic design services. Benefits to VGM Golf Members
will include national print programs, consistent pricing for stock and
standardized products, simplified order entry methods and improved terms.

Currently the City of Garland is provided these items under a previous
negotiated contract established with ALATEX and has exercised their option
